The Role
To aid our expanding growth, we are looking for a pro-active, energising Trial Co-ordinator to help us launch EZRA experiences across our 3 propositions at scale.  This role will be to provide seamless world class customer service and experiences, to showcase EZRA propositions (e.g. digital coaching, platforms) and provide prospective and existing customers with a unique experience.
This is an exciting role with stretch opportunity to apply or learn skills. Working with multiple teams, you will see interaction with sales, our delivery function, marketing and work with our technical support teams in the end-to-end operations of a trial (i.e. pre-trial and post-trial follow up).
You’ll join the sales and marketing team that services our prospective customers in APAC, reporting into the VP of Marketing, Asia Pacific.
 
 
What you’ll do
 
Important Accountabilities
  • Provide first-level service to the EZRA prospective accounts and clients who are looking to experience EZRA propositions (i.e. pre-trial, on-trial and post-trial follow up)
  • Work with the sales and coach solutions team to understand specific client needs and curate an experience that will match those expectations
  • Project manage the client onboarding set-up in the experience process for commercial opportunities and collaborate with sales or CSMs to ensure follow ups post-trial
  • Hand off of trial information to the selling team post-trial, providing a detailed summary
 
Sales and Operational Support
  • Work with our Sales team to ensure alignment of the experience and a best-in-class customer journey.
  • Work in partnership with our Coaching Solutions team to select and brief our coaches and where required facilitate virtual briefings pre-trial
  • Develop tailored client-facing materials and collateral
  • Provide data and supporting information throughout and at the end of the EZRA experience in sharing insights on the trial experience
 
Reporting
  • Tell stories and connect the dots with data from various platforms and contexts to achieve business and client goals
  • Work with customers and our sellers to facilitate an experience that will resonate with what they are trying to achieve through their EZRA trial experience
  • Proactively plan and prepare for client debriefs, compiling account reporting including PPT presentation and data analysis to provide data insights
 
Marketing Communication and Event Support
  • Work with our marketing team to ensure quality experiences and flow of the latest assets and activities where relevant to the trial and respective account or prospect
  • Support in logistics and events for in-market activities for prospects or clients
 
 
About you
  • Excellent speaking and presentation capabilities and are comfortable with meeting new people and senior stakeholders
  • 1+ years of experience in working with sellers and understanding how to align outputs to the need of a customer
  • Strong evidence of customer success and service delivery
  • Digitally knowledgeable and open to learning to new platforms for daily operations and tasks
  • Collaborate globally and accommodate for different time zones when needed
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting and the creation of graphics to showcase results
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
